The house is a vision of the future. One day, all homes will be under-floor heated by ground source (like ours) or air source, or renewables. The glass doors open fully to let the light flood in, but also capture the sunshine as solar gain, another win for the planet.  All the upstairs bedrooms are en-suite, and have a balcony that looks over the meadow and offers a perfect spot for watching the night sky; there’s no light pollution around here.
